Every drop shipper is worried about long shipping times and dealing with angry customers, but it's nowhere near as bad as you think. Sure, it will be pretty slow if you don't have a store with consistent orders and are shipping products straight from AliExpress. But that's fine to start with to validate a product, so don't overthink this beginner phase.

As soon as you start getting more than 10 orders per day, you should work with a sourcing agent from China and ship your products with services like YunExpress or 4PX. These take around 2 weeks to deliver to the USA (and around the same for other countries, too), and customers are generally fine with it.
